| HPV PCR: 2 major low-risk types | Genital area; lesion if present | Swab PCR: HPV 6 / 11 | 1–2 days | ¥8,800 |
| Checks low-risk HPV 6 and 11 associated with genital warts. A genital skin swab is taken, prioritizing a lesion if present. Diagnosis relies mainly on visual examination; PCR alone does not establish the diagnosis. | ||||
| HPV PCR: 2 major high-risk types | Genital area; lesion if present | Swab PCR: HPV 16 / 18 | 1–2 days | ¥8,800 |
| Checks major high-risk HPV types 16 and 18. It does not cover every high-risk type and does not replace cervical cancer screening or cytology. | ||||
| HPV PCR: 4 low- and high-risk types | Genital area; lesion if present | Swab PCR: HPV 6 / 11 / 16 / 18 | 1–2 days | ¥11,000 |

| Detailed herpes swab PCR | Lesion | Swab / herpes PCR | 1–2 days | ¥8,800 |
| An active lesion is swabbed to check herpes viral DNA by PCR. The doctor decides whether this test is appropriate when a lesion is present. | ||||
| Detailed type-specific herpes antibody blood test | Blood | Blood / type-specific HSV-1 and HSV-2 IgG (gG method) | 8–11 days | ¥8,800 |
| Blood testing for type-specific HSV-1 and HSV-2 IgG using the gG method. It provides antibody information rather than diagnosing an active lesion. | ||||
| Standard herpes antibody blood test | Blood | Blood / herpes IgG and IgM antibodies (EIA method) | 3–4 days | ¥4,500 |
| Blood testing for herpes IgG / IgM antibodies using EIA. It does not distinguish HSV-1 from HSV-2. The doctor interprets the result with symptoms and clinical history. | ||||
Turnaround times are estimates. Sample condition may change the timing by about 1 day. Laboratory processing takes place Monday–Saturday.

Frequently asked questions
Can I come without a reservation?
We give priority to reservations, but you can also come in directly. If you want to keep your waiting time short, we recommend booking in advance by web or LINE.
Can I get my results the same day?
Same-day testing is available for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, hepatitis B, ureaplasma, Mycoplasma genitalium and Mycoplasma hominis. Sets start at ¥14,980; individual tests start at ¥8,500. Reporting may be later depending on arrival time and sample condition. Other tests have the turnaround times shown in the individual-test table. Results can be sent by LINE or email.
Do I need a health insurance card? Can I be tested anonymously?
This is private-pay care, so no Japanese health insurance card is needed. Anonymous testing is available. Because Japanese health insurance is not used, an insurance-use notification is not sent to your home.
Will the people around me find out?
The route is fully private with no shared waiting room, so you do not come face to face with other patients. Deliveries are labelled as sundries, and convenience-store pickup is available.
Do I have to say my symptoms out loud at reception?
At reception you select your symptoms on a tablet or a paper questionnaire. You do not need to state them out loud.
Are there any charges beyond the listed prices?
Testing or treatment, including a prescription: consultation fee ¥0. Consultation only: first visit ¥2,500; follow-up visit ¥1,500. Consultation and prescription fees are included in the listed testing or treatment price. Separately listed blood tests, follow-up tests and delivery charges are additional where applicable.
If my result is positive, can I be treated the same day?
Treatment can start the same day for some conditions when same-day testing is positive and the doctor considers treatment appropriate. HIV and hepatitis B / C are referred to the appropriate medical institution or specialist.
How long do the test and the visit take?
Testing alone takes roughly 15-30 minutes; including treatment, around 30-45 minutes.
Can I pay by credit card or e-money?
We accept major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, JCB and AMEX; e-money such as Suica and PASMO; QR payments such as PayPay, d-barai and Rakuten Pay; and cash.
Can I come together with my partner?
Coming in together is welcome. Men, women, LGBT patients, married couples and partners in any combination can be seen.
What if I only want a consultation?
Testing or treatment, including a prescription: consultation fee ¥0. Consultation only: first visit ¥2,500; follow-up visit ¥1,500.

Can PEP medication be delivered?
Near Tokyo, motorcycle courier delivery may allow receipt the same day. For more distant areas, next-day receipt may be available, with delivery from ¥700. Motorcycle courier charges depend on the destination and are quoted before arrangement. Delivery timing depends on area, order time, traffic and delivery conditions. Because the timing of the first PEP dose matters, if delivery may be too late, the clinic will advise an in-person visit or a nearby medical institution. Confirm arrangements by LINE or phone in advance.
